Return & Exchange Policy:
If any HIP POOCH purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 10 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange.
We will gladly exchange your item for a different size or completly different item. Please contact us first. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow one complimentary exchange per order*. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $12 per item. Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds and we do not reimburse shipping charges.

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by CDN Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 10 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, special occasion + formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.

Our shipping charges* will be calculated after we have recieved your address & your total order.
Depending on the location, country and size of package, shipping can & will vary.
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders often ship within 2 business days and our average delivery time is 5 to 7 days depending on the shipping destination for in-stock items, however orders may take up to 14 days for delivery.
We will ship orders via UPS, or Canada Post. We ask that our customers please provide shipping addresses that can accept the above methods.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. We will email you different delivery options & their prices, then you choose how you would like it shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from outside of Canada, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
